It happens to the best of us - the event is tomorrow, the awards were forgotten, or the numbers changed at the last minute. At Woolf's Trophies And Engravers, we understand that not every order can be planned weeks in advance. That's why we offer same-day and next-day options for certain medals and awards, subject to stock availability.
If you're in a rush, here's exactly what's possible and how to make it happen.
What's Available for Same-Day or Next-Day Orders?
Medals
Our fastest turnaround option is medals from existing stock. For large orders, we can often fulfil same-day or next-day depending on availability. All standard medals include a satin ribbon and sticker insert as standard.
Available medal sizes for urgent orders (subject to stock):
- 40mm Medals — ideal for participation awards and large-volume events
- 50/55mm Medals — the most popular size for sports and school events
- 70–75mm Medals — for top finishers and prestige awards
Important: Same-day and next-day availability depends on current stock levels. Contact us before ordering to confirm availability for your required quantity.
Express Award Service
For urgent trophy and award needs beyond standard medals, check out our dedicated Express Award Service. This range is specifically curated for fast turnaround and includes options that can be prepared quickly without compromising on quality.
What's NOT Available Same-Day?
Some of our options require additional lead time due to production or sourcing requirements. These are not available for same-day or next-day orders:
- Custom branded ribbons - 2-week lead time (minimum 100 medals)
- Custom moulded brass medals - contact us for lead time
- Custom die-cast medals- 3–4 weeks production time
- Gel domed inserts - additional lead time required, same-day for orders under 200 may apply.
- UV colour printing - confirm lead time when ordering
If you need any of these options, we recommend planning ahead and placing your order as early as possible.
Tips for Urgent Trophy & Medal Orders
- Call or message us first - before placing an online order for an urgent requirement, contact us directly to confirm stock availability and turnaround time for your specific quantity.
- Have your details ready - know your quantities, medal size preference, and any engraving details upfront so we can process your order without delays.
- Keep engraving simple for urgent orders - event name and date engrave faster than individual names across large quantities. If you need individual names, factor in additional time.
- Consider unengaved medals for same-day collection - if time is extremely tight, medals with standard sticker inserts can often be collected same-day, with engraved plates added separately if needed.

- Confirm your quantities, medal or award type, and any engraving requirements.
- We'll confirm availability, pricing, and collection or delivery options.
- Place your order and we'll get it ready as fast as possible.
Don't Leave It Too Late Next Time
For future events, we recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks in advance for standard engraved awards, and longer for custom options. This gives you the best selection, the best pricing, and peace of mind that your awards will be ready well before the big day.
